Preface
They say 'Let the history judge the work of Art'. I am curious to know, who is writing the history of Art & who will be writing history of art?
Ved Nayar, in his creative visual imagery explored number of directions. In the formative years of Indian contemporary art after independence, I feel, Ved was first to begin & evolve number of creative directions now being practiced in Indian cotemporary art. I thought of compiling this book to register correct dates of the start of these creative visual directions.
